Here is an adventure for the person who wants to experience as much of Kenya as possible. Feed giraffes in Nairobi, and game drive in Samburu National Park, Aberdares National Park, Lake Baringo, Lake Bogoria, Lake Nakuru, Amboselli, and the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Here is your chance to see all of the "Big Five" game (lion, African elephant, cape buffalo, leopard, and rhinoceros) and so much more!

DAY 1: NAIROBI

Arrive Nairobi in the evening. You will be met by an Ujuzi African Travel representative and transferred to your hotel for an overnight.

DAY 2: NAIROBI

After breakfast meet your Ujuzi African Travel representative for a safari briefing. Proceed for an orientation tour of Nairobi, one of Africa's most modern and attractive capitals. Visit the Karen Blixen Museum, which gained international fame with the release of the movie, "Out of Africa." Built in 1912, it became the farm house for Karen Blixen and her husband on the 4500 acre farm. Have lunch at a Nairobi Restaurant. Also included is a visit to David Sheldrick Orphanage for Rhinos and Elephants. Your tour ends with a visit to the Giraffe Centre, where you will have a chance to feed the giraffes.

DAY 3: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

Depart for Samburu Game Reserve. Driving north, you will pass Mount Kenya, Africa's second highest mountain at 17,000 feet. You will cross the Equator again into the northern hemisphere on your way to Samburu Game Reserve in a semi-desert area of Kenya. Samburu is located on the Ewaso Nyiro River. This afternoon you will take a game drive in the park.

DAY 4: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

Early morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu Game Reserve. Ololokwe Table Mountain provides a dramatic backdrop to your game viewing today. Samburu is also home to one of Kenya's giraffe species - the Reticulated Giraffe. This is also your best chance to see the blue-legged Somali Ostrich, the long-necked Gerenuk gazelle and the straight-horned Beisa Oryx antelope.

DAY 5: ABERDARES NATIONAL PARK

Depart Samburu National Reserve for Aberdares National Park. Explore the park and view elephants, rhino, buffalo, and giant forest hog.

DAY 6: LAKE BARINGO NATIONAL PARK

Early morning game drive in the reserve, returning to the camp for breakfast. Depart for Lake Baringo and drive via Nyahururu Falls for a photo stop. After Lunch visit Njemps Village where you'll visit with local people and their lifestyle.

DAY 7: LAKE BOGORIA NATIONAL PARK

Proceed to Lake Bogoria after breakfast. Despite its beauty, it's not frequented by many visitors, even though it is home to one of the world's largest populations of lesser flamingoes and contains the highest concentration of true geysers in Africa. Like other Kenya soda Lakes, it has no outlet & the intense evaporation has led high levels of salt & minerals. Visit the Loburu Hot Springs, which erupts along the lake side.

DAY 8: LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK

Depart for Lake Nakuru National Park via Thomson Falls arriving in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive at the "Pink Lake." Famous for its flocks of over one million flamingoes, as well as seeing many large game animals such as zebras, elephants and gazelles, Lake Nakuru is a bird watcher's paradise. This is also one of the best opportunities to see rhinos.

DAY 9: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE

Morning game viewing at the Pink, followed by breakfast. Depart for Lake Victoria, Africa's largest and the world's second largest lake. Enjoy lunch on the lake then proceed to Kenya's premier wildlife park - Maasai Mara Game Reserve. This is the northern section of the Serengeti Plain, which is home to the greatest concentration of game animals in the world. Along the way, see red clad Maasai warriors tend their multi-colored herds amongst plains game. Game viewing en route to your lodge.

DAY 10: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE

The vast, open grasslands of the Mara are home to over 3 million large mammals. On your morning and afternoon game drives in the Maasai Mara you have a very good chance of seeing all the major Plains animals including lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, rhino, hyena, cheetah, jackal, warthog and many species of antelope. You also encounter and learn about the Maasai at a Masai Boma, a proud tribal people struggling to preserve their traditions in the face of modernization.

DAY 11: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Early morning game viewing drive, searching for any previously missed wild game. Breakfast at lodge and depart for Nairobi with game viewing en route as you leave the park. Lunch in Nairobi at the Carnivore Restaurant. Proceed to Amboseli National Park, nestled at the foot of the mighty snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak. Game viewing en route to the lodge.

DAY 12: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Explore Amboseli National Park with morning and evening game drives. Amboseli is the second most popular national park in Kenya. Take in the fantastic array of wildlife and the contrast between the arid areas of the dry-lake bed and the oasis of swamps. The park is famous for being the best place in Africa to get close to free-ranging elephants. Other attractions include the opportunity to meet the Maasai and the spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world.

DAY 13: NAIROBI, RETURN TO U.S.

After an early morning game drive, followed by breakfast return to Nairobi for lunch. Depart for your return flight home.
