Our travel program helps us build relationships with donors to engage them in our mission of conservation and to hopefully increase their support of the zoo as well. We have had donors that were somewhat new to the zoo that joined us on our Africa trips, and in some cases, we saw immediate increased giving. We feel travel programs are an important part of the work we do.
