Great Limpopo Transfrontier Conservation Area includes Kruger National Park in South Africa, Gonarezhou National Park in Zimbabwe, and Limpopo National Park in Mozambique. By connecting these parks, as well as several smaller wildlife areas in Zimbabwe and Mozambique, it reopens important migratory routes for land mammals, improving their health and survival.
